Group Picnics
We can currently accommodate picnics for up to 30 people with pillows and up to 40 people with low slung beach chairs.
Large party picnics include: blankets, 2 pillows per guest, elevated dining table, dining setup for each guest ( charger plate or placemat, plate, silverware, napkins and beach friendly drinkware ) candelabra with LED candles, greenery and flowers, 4 Lanterns with LED candles, Bluetooth speaker, message board, cooler with ice, water and sparkling water. We do have options for canopies, canopies with curtains, string lights, extra lighting, candles, fresh flowers, etc.
Food is not included. You can choose platters from our catering menu. This delicious menu was created by our Personal Chef Annmarie at The Board Chef. Some guests choose to bring their own food or you can order delivery from a restaurant and we can meet the driver and set up the food at the picnic.
Group picnics cannot be booked directly online. Please contact directly for group picnics with more than 4 people. A $50 County Event fee will be added to picnics of four or more people. A $100 County Fee will be added to picnics that require a total time of more than 4 hours that starts from beginning of set-up, 2 hour picnic, to break down.
